Change of Venue Notification: There
may be occasions, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, facility setbacks, scheduling problems not the fault
of SCGSA, and other acts of nature, that require SCGSA to reschedule tournament games to other nearby
parks. SCGSA policy is to play all tournaments despite such unfortunate setbacks. SCGSA will do
everything in its power to notify you well in advance of such re-scheduling. Upon receiving such notification of rescheduled
games at nearby parks, your team may withdraw from the scheduled tournament, but you must do so prior to 72 hours of the first
scheduled game. If you fail to withdraw from the tournament prior to the 72 hour period, your team will not be entitled
to a refund or any other remedy.

FOR SAFETY REASONS THE FOLLOWING
ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE COMPLEX GATES:
NO PETS
NO SKATEBOARDS
NO BICYCLES
NO SCOOTERS
NO ADULT BEVERAGES are allowed inside the Complex AND/OR the SCGSA Parking Lot
Lake Shawnee Fastpitch Softball is a Not-For-Profit association. The concession stand is our leagues way of making money to improve and maintain our
facilities. Therefore, NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS, or COOLERS
containing food & beverages (exception: water coolers) are allowed inside the facility gates. We appreciate your support of the girls complex and rules.
Purchasing treats from the concession stand will be very appreciated. Treat tickets
are available at $1.50 each. Each ticket buys a cold small bottle of pop and a candy item, which $18
will purchase a treat and drink for 12 players.
